Offline version

The offline/owned version is for Business setup customers who want a copy they can run outside the hosted RetainSimply app. Final terms need attorney review before paid delivery.
Data export
Business customers can receive a reviewed workspace export with contacts, jobs, products, vendors, events, leads, pages, templates, tasks, drafts, and settings.
RetainSimply owns
The RetainSimply brand, source product, reusable templates, product design, shared codebase, and future product improvements.
Updates
Business setup can include one year of product updates. After that, update/support access is a clear add-on, not an automatic renewal surprise.
Support
Offline customers can use the delivered copy without hosted access. Direct help, migrations, troubleshooting, and new customization work are quoted separately.
Local server option
The owned copy can be set up on a private local server so staff can reach it from approved devices. Internet features stay optional: payments, email, AI, remote backup, and updates only call out when the customer chooses to connect them.
