Business is for larger lists, custom workflows, or sellers who want RetainSimply set up for them. Business setup starts at $500, with an owned/offline version available.

Best fit

Business is best for sellers with larger customer lists, custom orders, service records, restricted-category notes, parts or equipment inventory, repeat buyers, booth leads, or a workflow that needs a closer setup pass.

Support

The setup project does not include ongoing support by default. Support can be added separately if you want help after launch.

Owned/offline version
