Information RetainSimply may collect
Account details, workspace details, customer/contact records, order/job records, vendor records, event leads, SpaceSimply page content, support requests, billing status, and product usage needed to operate the service.
How information is used
To provide the CRM, save user records, support accounts, process Pro access, send product notices, improve workflows, prevent abuse, and help users manage their own customers and follow-ups.
AI and automation
AI assistant tools use only selected CRM context needed for the task. Suggestions require review before records change. Private CRM data does not become public SpaceSimply or forum content without explicit action, and RetainSimply should not use private CRM records to train AI models.
Data storage
The product stores CRM data in a secured database, not public spreadsheets. API keys and secrets belong in secure platform secrets, not frontend code.
Sharing
RetainSimply does not sell customer CRM data. Data may be shared with service providers needed to run the product, such as hosting, email delivery, billing, and support tools.
