Users are responsible for the customer, order, vendor, event, and business information they enter into RetainSimply. Do not use the service for unlawful activity or content you do not have the right to store.
The free plan includes limited users, contacts, and SpaceSimply pages. RetainSimply may adjust limits and will communicate material changes clearly.
Pro is annual access with no automatic renewal by default. Renewal reminders appear before expiration. Pro support tickets are available to active Pro accounts.
The $500 Custom Build can include an offline/owned version and one year of product updates. The license explains what the customer owns, what RetainSimply owns, and what support is not included unless purchased separately.
Users control what appears publicly on SpaceSimply pages. Private CRM records do not become public content without explicit action from the user.
Free users can use public help content. Pro users can create support tickets. RetainSimply may update the product, policies, and available features as the service develops.
